Sometimes there are moments that happen during a wedding day that make you have a deeper respect and attachment for the people you’re working with. Theresa and Robert are such a wonderful couple and have the sweetest personalities. Who could blame them for being frustrated with the torrential downpour that began 10 minutes before their outdoor ceremony was to begin. But the amount of grace and poise that they both displayed on their big day were just amazing and we’re so thankful that they didn’t let this hiccup steal their joy!
Theresa’s eye for “the little things” is amazing which really made all of the details of the day shine. I guess this comes from her self-proclaimed “addiction to Pintrest”! Lol!!! From her two knockout wedding gowns (yes… I said TWO wedding gowns), to the beautiful layout at Landerhaven, everything was to perfection. Now let’s not forget Robert. We’ve never in all of our years of photographing weddings had a groom who ALSO had two suits for the day!!! This couple and their day were lookin’ real good!
But beyond all of the details, I have to say that one of the real reasons we knew this wedding was going to be awesome, was the way that Theresa and Robert spoke about one another as they were individually getting ready in the morning. To witness both your bride AND groom tear up is truly touching! It really makes you realize the beauty of how fate really works.
Theresa and Robert, you two are one of the kindest, most genuine couples we have ever had the pleasure to work with. The union of your families is such a wonderful blessing that we hope only continues to grow over the years. We love you both and hope that you love these favorites that we’ve picked out from your day!
